Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

LEADING FRENCH BULK chemical operator Groupe Samat has consolidated its presence in the UK market with a "large, major, and prestigious" contract in Barry, South Wales.

The hazardous goods specialist is keeping tight-lipped about the nature of the new work, but general manager Steve Reid says it will start in a couple of months. Samat is advertising for experienced ADR drivers, driver trainers, traffic planners, co-ordinators and trainees to service the contract.

Groupe Samat has offices in Thurrock and Immingham; according to AB Ports it also operates a specialised rail terminal in Barry on behalf of global silicone supplier Dow Corning. The terminal receives daily trainloads of minerals bound for Dow Corning's complex at Barry.

Groupe Samat has been transporting hazardous and sensitive products throughout Europe since 1979.
