Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

BRITISH Association of Removers director Hugh Wilson has left the association "by mutual consent'', the association told CM this week.

He had been with the BAR since 1965. His position, vacated last October, is not being filled; instead the duties are being split between the secretary Brian Mitchell and members of the BA R's board of management.

The association has seen several changes at its head office in recent months.

Training officer Robyn Clarris, who left last year. is due to be replaced at the beginning of March.

Roy Yearley has joined as executive officer with special responsibility for consumer relations.
