SWISS ORDER MANDATOR: A.E.C. Ltd. has received orders from Switzerland for 24 Mandator Mark Vs. H. Kleiner and Co., Zurich, A.E.C.'s distributors in Switzerland. has ordered the vehicles, four of which will be shipped to A.E.C.'s associate company in Belgium, A.E.C. Continental S.A_ for fitting with Monocontrol semiautomatic transmission and Collectomatic refuse collecting bodies. Four of the Mandators are to be operated with independent trailers and another six will be tractive units.

MORE A.E.C. MIXERS: Pre-Mixed Concrete (Rotherhithe) Ltd. has ordered three more A.E.C. Marshal 6 x 4 chassis which will be fitted with 6-cu.-yd. concrete mixers.

GRAVEL FLEET GOES UP: An order for 20 Albion Chieftain Super Six 7-ton tipping chassis by the Leyland Leicester agents, Ford and Slater Ltd., has brought the number ordered by them since October to 100. They will join the fleet of the Hoveringham Gravel Company Ltd., Notts. which operates all its vehicles under contract-hire through Ford and Slater. Steel bodies and tipping gear by Edbro-B and E. Tippers Ltd., Bolton, are specified.

AIRLINE TO INCREASE GROUND FLEET: Four Comet coaches and five Albion Claymore 5-ton vans ordered from Leyland by Pakistan International Airline Corporation will be used to transport' passengers and baggage between Karachi airport and city terminals. The £15,000 order was placed through James Finlay and Co. Ltd., Karachi.
