Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

ASPECIAL passenger survey is to be conducted in Carlisle by Ribble Motor Services Ltd. for a week beginning on February 27. Bus passengers will be quizzed and their replies tabulated by special ticket machines for feeding later into a computer.

The survey is designed to cut passengers' travelling time, and about 400,000 specialsize tickets will be issued. The ticket machines to be employed look rather like miniature cash registers and will make their appearance tomorrow (Saturday) to give conductors a week to get used to them.

Bridge Warning: A new warning system controlled by an invisible beans will come into operation this week on a low bridge in Stoke-on-Trent where twice in recent years double-decker buses have had their roofs shaved off. In future any vehicle more than 9 ft. 9 in. high will be warned by klaxon homs and flashing lights that it cannot get under the bridge. The system is costing 050 to instal.
