Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

QCOTTISH Liberal MPs, headed by party leader 1-7 Mr. Jo Grimond, have tabled a protest in the House of Commons against increased transport charges in the Highlands. A strongly worded motion points out that cheaper freight and passenger charges, and improved transport services are essential to Highland development.

Because of this, they deplore the increased charges announced recently both for land and sea routes all over the area.
