Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Citroen is offering a new high-volume Relay conversion through its LCV dealer network. Built by Fame Commercials, the Relay Budget City has a load volume of 18.5m4—almost twice as much as a standard panel van—and a floor height of just 350mm.

Based on a Relay 1400 short wheelbase chassis cab the Budget City has a verticalwalled load compartment which provides a load space of 4.0x2.0x2.4m (LxVv'xH). Payload is 1,400kg for the 2.50 variant or 1,350kg for the model with the recently launched 2.5TDI engine.

Prices are £20,950 for the 2.50; £22,050 for the 2.5101 (both ex-VAT). Both have a rear roller shutter door, wall-mounted interior load tie bars, a one piece non-slip floor and a translucent roof panel.
