Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Hilton Transport Services, which went public last month, have launched a new division within the group. As part of his programme of planned expansion the chairman and managing director, Mr Ralph Hilton, has set up a special Projects Division which is headed by Mr A. Matthews who was formally district manager of the BRS London and South Eastern district. Another two BRS men make up the top management of the new division; they are Mr Frank Bishop, who had been the branch manager at Tufnell Park, and the former Mile End branch manager, Mr Albert Mather.

The new divisitin will be studying the feasibility of establishing and developing new projects which may or may not be associated with transport.

HTS operate over 900 vehicles at various bases between Newcastle and the south coast. Mr Hilton told CM that he was always looking for "suitable acquisitions" and that the expansion of the company's transport activities would continue.
