AFTER an exploratory meeting between seven members of the Road Haulage Association bulk liquid transport group and the Centre for Interfirm Comparison Ltd. on Tuesday, the members agreed to follow up the proposal to give Intel-firm Comparison the opportunity to outline schemes which it has prepared for the road transport indnstry: .11-ie schemes involve a comparison of the classes of costs covered, where they are relevant and capable of measurement; a comparison of financial Utilization of assets, relating the value of these to the volume of trade achieved: profitability; and a comparison of the physical use of assets.
