Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

ANEW motel to replace the existing transport cafe at Fenstanton on the A604 between Cambridge and Huntingdon is planned to be ready by next summer. It will occupy about two acres between the old road and the new by-pass at Fenstanton.

A director of the development firm, Transmotels (Oaklands). Ltd., said that the motel will cater specially for lorry drivers, and for a payment of 15s. a night each driver will have a heated bedroom with showerbath. In the lounge will be a television set, and the games room will provide facilities for cards, billiards and darts. There will also be a self-service restaurant.

One of the architects, Mr. John Cound, said that designing this motel had given them the chance to experiment and he thinks that it will fulfil many practical needs. A barber's shop and a launderette will also be incorporated, these ideas being the result of having a suggestion box in the old café.
