Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

PIA SPECIAL pink-paraffin delivery vehicle has been designed by Rootes engineers in co-operation with Shell-Mex and B.P., Ltd., and is offered by Commer Cars, Ltd., Luton. It is based on a Commer 1-ton forward-control chassis' powered by a petrol or oil engine. The chassis is equipped with heavy springs and 7.50-16 eight-ply tyres to provide a payload capacity of 30 cwt.

The welded-steel body is of the covered-top platform type and is supplied by Strachans Successors. Ltd., North Acton, London, W.3. Platform dimensions of 8 ft. 3 in. by 5 ft. 6 in. provide space for 54 Shell 5-gal, standard drums of paraffin, and an upper floor has a capacity of 224 standard t-gal. cans.

This floor is detachable in two sections, so that the vehicle may be employed for out-of-season hardware deliveries. Drums are retained by four hinged bars on each side of the body, and rearward displacement is prevented by two detachable bars across the back of the vehicle. Extras include canvas side curtains and a tailboard.

Cab doors are of the sliding type, and a deep skirt enhances the appearance of the vehicle.

The petrol-engined version is marketed in primer for £782 10s., whilst the cost of the oiler is £902 10s.
