AN allegation. that B.R.S. (Pickfords), Ltd., had irregularly operated a 20ton low-loader based in the Metropolitan Area from Lincoln for the past two years was made by Mr. Seely Whitby, for Messrs. A. Suthrell, before Mr. C. R. Hodgson, East Midland Licensing Authority, at Lincoln on Tuesday.
