Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

POLICE 11AVE warned drivers to be on the look-out for a grey Fiat Punto (reg W358 OEN) believed to have been used in a truck hijacking last week in Shropshire (CM 11 August). The attackers kidnapped the Italian driver at gunpoint before stealing his vehi cle loaded with aluminium clips outside the Tension Control Bolts factory on Whitchurch Business Park, Shropshire.

The victim had sedative sprayed in his face before being forced into a white van and driven to Barnhill Services on the M40 where he woke up the following day.

His trailer was later found on the Hortonwood industrial estate in Telford, with its load intact. Police believe the hijackers targeted the wrong vehicle as the load was only worth £1,000.
