3 oncerned that youngsters do not share its enthusiasm for the

national sport, the Welsh Rugby Union is breathing fire into the game by touring a giant dragon throughout Wales.

Based on a training trailer belonging to ROR-Rockwell, the mythical creature is 44 feet long, eight feet wide and rises to 24 feet with its inflatable head erect. The fiery fellow's belly is the location for ye ancient reception area, stores and a classroom for showing training videos.

A far cry from St George's day when men were men and dragons were, er, not trailers.

Throughout the tour the Dragon Wagon will be transported by hauliers John Raymond of Bridgend; Mansell Davies of Llanfyranch; Hartswell International of Deeside; JPR Transport of Rhyader and sponsor ROR-Rockwell. Young visitors will receive hot tips from WRI.; players and coaches as well as rugby goodies T shirts, balls and posters. Well, it's a good try.
