Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

anything to suggest that a nosmoking rule applied to psv drivers. I myself have heard nothing on this subject. Is there any rule to support this?

ADrivers and conductors must not smoke during a journey or when passengers are on board, according to the 1936 Public Service Vehicle (Conduct of Drivers, Conductors and Passengers) Regulations.
