Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THE ARTICLE by David Wilcox, Moving with the Times (CM, March 7) was read with great interest.

Even compared to Bonners our firm is small; compared to Pickfords we are positively miniscule and could never attempt the large-scale operation needed for the relocation of CM from Southwark to Sutton, for example — in local parlance "horses for courses."

Far from being in anyone's shadow, many small firms often bask in early sunlight and develop techniques and styles to be copied later by our bigger brothers.

The plans Mr Bonner has for the Eighties follows a system started by Rebron in 1969. Our part-loaded self-packed, ownerassisted, weekly scheduled services both within UK and Europe give savings to the customer of some 60 per cent compared to "conventional removals".

The lead set by small entrepreneurs {in all transport fields) will be taken up by others — by the time they "join us" we have beaten them in another development.
