BRITISH COACHWAYS is ali and well. That is the messal from Shearings of Altringhai where much of the Coachwa marketing is now undertaken.
Most of the remaining consc tium members report buoya markets although the netwo has undergone a series changes which have cast clout on its long-term future.
In future it is expected th there will be more use made consortium members' loc identities — for example, Bournemouth the operation vs be Excelsior British Coachvva) and in Swansea Morris Brc British Coachways.
It is also expected that Walla Arnold will break away from tl BC fold but continue to opera its present BC services under own name.
The remaining British Coac ways members are Bartons Nottingham, Excelsior of Bot nemouth, Parks of Hamiltc Morris Bros of Swansea, Elli man Bee-Line of Middlesbroul and Shearings of Altringharn.
