NEW INSULATED body .ange with cooling equipment capable of meeting current ind future legislation has been ntroduced by Hawson Garner _Acl. A standard body has been roduced capable of being nounted on both Ford Transit ind Bedford CF chassis.
Known as the Freshload, the iody is designed for carrying )erishable foodstuffs at a conrolled temperature of 0 to :7°C (32 to 43°F). The body s built of specially designed /Mite impregnated grp panels with substantial underframes.
Interior dimensions are : length, 2.93m (9ft 8in); width, 2.01m (6ft 8in); height, 2.07m (6ft 10in). The floor is covered with a non-slip surface and is available in either flat or wheel-box form. There is a specially designed sealing system and fittings include mounting provisions in the front bulkhead for a cooling system and a heavy-duty reardo or locking mechanism. An angled load-spill deflector forms the roof of the false bulkhead to make a fully enclosed compartment used for storing load sheets.
