Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A SPEED limit on motorways of not less than 110km/h (70mph) should be applied to coaches, the International Road Transport Union (IRU) decided at a meeting in Venice earlier this month. The IRU is writing to the Economic Commission for Europe which is preparing a draft for a uniform series of speed limit. The IRU proposed that coaches should be limited to 100km/h (60mph) on Other main highways and 80km/h (50mph) on other roads.

Among other matters considered by the IRU was the possibility of closer links with the International Public Transport Union (UITP).
