Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

VIRTUALLY NO CHANGE—that is the leadership position of the Conservative Party's back-bench Transport Committee in the allimportant coming session of Parliament.

Of the five officers of the Committee, four were re-elected last week, the only change being in the joint honorary secretaries, where Mr. Edward ("Teddy") Taylor, MP for the Cathcart division of Glasgow, replaced Sir Clive Bossom, MP for Leominster.

Mr. Peter Walker (Worcester), Shadow Transport Minister, stays as chairman and his vice-chairmen and main henchmen remain Mr_ David Webster (Weston-superMare) and Mr. Tom Galbraith (Glasgow Hillhead). The other joint hon. secretary is Mr. Daniel Awdry (Chippenham).
