A WAGE claim On behalf of London rATransport motorbus, trolleybus and tram employees is expected to be prepared by the passenger section of the Transport and General Workers' Union as a result of the rejection, by an arbitration tribunal, of the sick-pay scheme under negotiation on their behalf.

This scheme has been under consideration for some time. Meanwhile, the Union had submitted a claim for increased pay for passenger transport workers outside London, from which the London workers were excluded while the sick-pay scheme was out-standing. London busmen's wages will now be reviewed by the Union.
