C70 Smart Scale is the only wireless on-board scale for commercial trucks, tractors and trailers. It sets the benchmark for simplicity, accuracy, convenience, and value. Smart Scale uses sensors to measure temperature and pressure changes in a vehicle's air suspension and strain gauges on mechanical systems, and relays this data to a handheld receiver using a lowpowered radio transmitter. The receiver interprets the data and provides an axle weight and gross vehicle weight that's accurate to within 3%.
Its also convenient. Our handheld wireless receiver has a range of 100 feet, so you can check your weights from the loading machine or anywhere its safe and convenient.
With Smart Scale, you can maximize your payload, reduce the risk of overweight penalties, and recover time spent check-weighing or redistributing loads. Our sensors use AA batteries for power, so there are no wires to corrode or come loose.
