Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

C15, C16 Safetytrim is a wheel-nut management system for road wheels, which both visibly indicates there is a loose nut and locks that nut in place until it can be re-torqued.

Safetytrims are moulded from Nylon 6-6, re-enforced with silica for superior heat and friction-resistance. The melting point is 256°C. Safetytrims fit snugly over a wheel nut but are straightforward to fit and remove. If a wheel nut moves, the nut pot sitting over it moves too. Its retention arm will indicate through an alert hole and a retaining wall will prevent the retention arm from moving any further so that further de-torqueing of the nut is prevented.

Safetytrims can be used to indicate and lock loose wheel nuts on trucks/trailers primarily but can be used in any environment where nuts or bolts are subject to vibrations or temperature changes which through expansion and contraction can allow moveable nuts to de-torque.
