Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

EXPRESS PARCELS company Amtrak has invested in an addtional 18 double-deck trailers to operate on the company's trunk routes between its hub at Aldridge in the West Midlands and some of its 75 depots across the UK.

Managing director Alan Jones says: "Using double-deck trailers will significantly reduce the cost of operating some of our busiest routes. And it helps contribute to everyone's aim of benefiting the environment by cuffing annual road mileage."

The 13.6m Lawrence David trailers, supplied by Coventry-based Fraikin, will be in operation by the end of August.

Amtrak already runs six double-deck traders as well as 130 single-deckers.
