Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A THREE-WHEELED battery-electric PI introduced by Ingersoll-Rand Co. Ltd., 164 Queen Victoria Street, London, E.C.4, has the primary purpose of breaking the tyre bead from the wheel disc. It is called the Size 8000 tyre tool.

The tool is, in effect, an air hammer and the tyre iron is removable. A throttle control incorporated in the handle controls the power delivered at the tyre bead. The makers claim that no shock is transmitted to the operator.

Demonstrations of the tyre tool can be arranged through factors or through an Ingersoll-Rand representative.
