Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

TWENTY-FIVE M.P.s are going to 1 Paris and Brussels to study road modernization. In Paris they Will be shown a new road being built alongside the Seine. In Brussels the M.P.s will see a road in the centre of the city which is being converted into a doubledeck highway. Along half the length of the road another is being built on stilts above it.

Twelve of the M.P.s are Conservative, 12 Labour and one Liberal. They are members of a newly formed roads group in the House of Commons. The Conservatives will be headed by Mr. Geoffrey Wilson, chairman of the Conservative Party Parliamentary Transport Committee. .Mr. Ernest Davies, chairman of the Labour Party Parliamentary Transport Committee, will head the Labour section.

The visit is being sponsored by the Roads Campaign Council. Half of the .party will leave London by train on May 21. The remainder will travel by air the following morning.
