Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

facing the problem of illegal immigrants trying to get on board their trucks in Calais. This has been worsened by delays in and around the port.

Last week Kevin Brownhill from Erith-based KTB Transport had his windscreen shattered by stonethrowing would-be-stowaways after he refused to take them across to the UK. He says: "I never usually stop in Calais but because I had to wait at Dover I had no choice as my hours were up. I went to sleep and was woken up by movement on the back of the truck. I got out of the truck and the immigrants started to threaten me. I eventually went back to sleep and they started throwing things at the cab and trying to break into the passenger door. I telephoned the police but they never bothered to turn up."
