CERTAIN persons in Newport are to be approached by the corporation in connection with suggestions that special tram and bus tickets at reduced return fares for journeys to entertainments, etc., should be issued.
The tickets would be available only when tickets for admission. to an entertainment lad beenbooked, and • subject to special buses or tramcars not being operated.
