Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Expofreight Logistics Management is a Sussex-based logistics firm specialising in complex transport and freight forwarding for conferences, exhibitions and other events all over the world. Shore Communications installed an IP-based telephone system for Expofreight in 2008, using Opal Telecom as the service provider Vodafone handles the firm's mobile calls.

The move was primarily to improve customer service rather than cost saving, and Expofreight uses plenty of features: voicemail, call waiting, out-of-hours diversion of calls, use of phones at remote locations via VPN and more.

Expofreight manager Wayne Forster says the installation and switchover went smoothly, and in short: "It works for us".
