THE VEHICLE AND Operator Services Agency (VOSA) manages the recall of vehicles with safety defects throughout the UK and lists them on its website.
Its definition of a safety defect is "a feature of design or construction liable to cause significant risk of personal injury or death".
This is the current list affecting HGVs with recalls made in 2004.
