Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

ha ier Star Transport last week h LS destroyed eight 26-tonne rigi s, one tractive unit and six traile

— and the company believes it could have been arson.

At the fire's peak there we 4e 22 fire engines and more than 1 firefighters from the Norfolk aid Suffolk brigades attending t e blaze at Star's base in Burrell W y, Thetford, Norfolk. Director Howard Marriott says many more of the company's

60-strong fleet would have been destroyed had it not been for staff who rushed to the yard in the early hours of Sunday and drove most of the vehicles to safety.

Investigations by the fire brigade, police and insurers were unable to find a cause for the fire, says Marriott, but he adds that Thetford has been hit by a series of arson attacks in recent months. Marriott put the cost of the damage at Om, not including the goods in the vehicles, most of

which were loaded and ready to begin their journeys.

Star started work again as usual on the Monday following the fire and Marriott says that customers have been "absolutely fantastic" about the blaze.

He adds: "Other local hauliers have also been incredibly supportive, offering us vehicles and parking space while we get the yard here sorted out. It's been a bit difficult because with all the investigators it's been a bit like a crime scene."
