Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

I N London on Tuesday, Securicor Ltd. displayed the first of six new 7-ton bullion vehicles. The chassis is a Bedford J.6 LZ5 normal control fitted. with 330-cu. in. diesel engine (instead of the usual 300-cu. in. capacity) to provide extra power for this heavy vehicle. Other chassis specification items include a five-speed gearbox, high-ratio rear axle and Tecalemit automatic chassis lubrication.

The -reinforced body was built by Locomotors Ltd., Mitcham, Surrey, to Securicor's requirements, and is square shaped to' give inherent strength. Framing is of steel plate with an outer skinning of 16-gauee aluminium alloy, whilst the body shell is insulated throughout. The driver is protected by bandit-proof glass, inner steel grilles and bars and special bolting and security devices are incorporated. The forward engine positioning is claimed to provide protection to the crew in the event of ramming, whilst heavy-duty rubbing rails reinforce the sides. An immobilizing system is fitted.

Overall dimensions are: length, 23 ft.; width, 7 ft. 6 in.: height, 9 ft. 4 in., and the unladen weight is 4-ttons. Total cost exceeds £4,000. The vehicle is intended for carrying heavy loads of money from banks and can carry a crew of nine.

The Securicor fleet now totals 555 vehicles, averaging more than 12m. miles per annum.
