Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

distributor 3663 to the 11 public health authority for wing to provide toilet and 'eshment facilities to non.3 drivers visiting its Reading iot (CM 10-16 Jan).

Geoff Dunning, the RHA's 'them regional director, has tten to 3663 warning that the npany's refusal to supply se facilities contravenes the rk Place Health, Safety and Welfare Regulations 1992.

These stipulate that every business must provide toilet facilities for all workers on site, including visitors. Dunning says: "I have written to 3663 to tell them they are acting illegally, but I have had no response as yet. The next action will be to report the company to the public health authority," Alex Fisher is managing director of Multi Temp, the 3663 division which runs the Reading site. He says: "3663 employs around 1,000 commercial drivers and we are well aware of the problems they experience. Indeed, facilities are available to non-3663 drivers at every other establishment in our national network.

"Sadly, we have been obliged to withdraw them at Reading due to increased security measures, which for obvious reasons I cannot elaborate on. When security considerations are paramount, inconvenience may result. We are sorry for the people who are inconvenienced, but circumstances have left us with no option."

The only alternative suggested to non3663 drivers was to use nearby Mc_ Donalds or Little Chef restaurants—neither of which offer truck parking facilities.
