Norbert Dentressangle UK is be split into three divisions; ;Sties, transport, and tankers, a move designed to match the )up's structure in Europe.
The decision to split the mpany is the result of a new "ee-year business plan. UK anaging director Petar etkovic has resigned from the ffipany believing that he has role in the new organisation :spite being closely involved in rmulating the plan.
Thierry Leduc, group comunication director, says: "We ve had an excellent working lationship with Petar ietkovic and we wish him well th his future endeavours."
The group has not offered )y further detail regarding the split except to say it brings the UK arm more in line with France and the rest of Europe.
A replacement has been found for Cvetkovic, but the company will not give a name until the candidate is in post. The company is still waiting to appear at a new public inquiry after the Transport Tribunal overturned a previous decision by Traffic Commissioner Geoffrey Simms to revoke its Operator's Licence.
