Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Operators looking for a price on a second-hand vehicle from an auction need only get on line, courtesy of the Fleet Auction Group.

The Fleet Auction Group's website now has an online valuation service for CVs which can provide a valUation on a chosen vehicle. Customers enter details about the vehicle's specificalion, condition, year, paint finish and mileage; the valuation will be e-mailed within the hour.

Every enquiry is handled by the auction sales team. Operations director Kevin Clarke points out that published price guides can only be as accurate as figures from the previous month."With Fleet Auction Group's online valuations, !nquirers will be getting valuations based on sales achieved potentially within the previous 24 hours," he adds.

The service is based on a mix of market knowledge and recent prices achieved through the auction house; it is available to any fleet operator, manufacturer or dealer.

• Log onto www.fleetauction group.com, go to 'Services' and click on 'Online Valuations'. You will need an e-mail address for an instant response but the service also allows you to leave a contact number.
