Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

CFPP is a measure of a fuel's likelihood to clog a filter at low temperatures. The British

Standard requires a maximum temperature figure of -150C, which was achieved by all but one of the samples. Most of the results were substantially better than last year's, and the average value was very good. Six samples, including all the supermarket diesels, managed figures of -20°C or lower.

But there was one rogue: the BP sample achieved a CRP of only -11"C, which is not up to the British Standard for winter diesel.
