Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

AN ANGLO-DUTCH deal has been secured to add additional load matching information to the Road Haulage Association's Cargofax electronic information service.

The RHA has agreed a mutual information exchange deal with NOB, the Netherlands hauliers' organisation which operates a compatible system called Tradicom.

British operators will still need only to make domestic phone calls to obtain this information as it is being relayed to the RHA's system in London.

And Cargofax has reached the Highlands and Islands. Bannerman Transport of Ross-shire, which operates flats, tippers, refrigerated vans and bulk tanks locally and over long distances is now subscribing.

RHA members, thanks to the Highlands and Islands Development Board, can get £500 off the costs of installing and operating an RHA Cargofax terminal for the first year.
