Mack Trucks produced fr January 1977 will requ engine servicing only evl 40,000km (25,000 miles) or months, while the chassis need attention every 80,0001 (50,000 miles).

To achieve these extend service intervals, the engi mounted lubrication oil filti have been increased from tl to three with Mack oil, ft and coolant filter elemer employed throughout.
