nETA1LS were published, last week, of a share issue by Atkinson Lorries (Holdings), Ltd., which was registered as a private company on November 24, to acquire the issued share capitals of Atkinson Lorries (1933), Ltd., Nightingale Engineering Co., Ltd., and Coach Bodies, Ltd. It was converted into a public company on November 26. Atkinson Lorries (1933), Ltd., and Coach Bodied, Ltd., are subsidiaries of Nightingale Engineering Co., Ltd.
