Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

I WRITE regarding the recent correspondence over sat-nay systems. Like many hauliers I've been mulling over the benefits of the various products out there and while I believe in the overall concept it seems that too many of these devices make life more complicated than is necessary for LGV drivers.

Personally, what I'd like to fit in my trucks is something that is simply a piece of mapping software that gives the driver the information on his destination, without actually telling him where to go.

It seems far too many of the systems on the market aren't discriminatory enough and will frequently send drivers into the most inappropriate locations.

Drivers tend to be more intelligent than we give them credit for too. Simply give them the information they need and let them do their job —they're more than capable.

What we need is something that makes their job easier rather than adding another distraction to their lives, particularly one that often provides the driver with incomplete information. Mervyn Thomas Mervyn Thomas Radnorshire Kington Herefordshire
