Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Now that's one thing The Hawk doesn't miss about the good old days; winding up the motor. John Milne doesn't mind, though, because for him it is a labour of love. Six years ago John, a retired salesman from Sutton in Greater London, rescued this handsome 1923 Austin? Type AB light van.

The vehicle was in a sorry state, having lain hidden beneath a pile of tiles in a collapsed shed in Newdigate, Surrey. Although the engine, chassis and mechanics were all good, 30 years of neglect and decay meant the bodywork had to be rebuilt. The livery was painted on its side by the original owner, the Kent brewer, Shepherd Neame.

The restoration was completed this year and the van had its first public outing in the London to Brighton commercial vehicle run. The van is thought to be one of two such models still on the road today.

Funnily enough, the last time The Hawk tidied his garden shed he found an old Foden.

Before you get too excited, this one has four legs, a waggy tail and a talent for disappearing whenever the BATH word is mentioned!
