Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Police have renewed their appeal for information on two hijackers who kidnapped and assaulted a lorry driver earlier this month.

The attack happened on 1 August on the Brandon to Mildenhall road (Al 065) at Eriswell, Suffolk at about 20:40hrs.

A Transit van blocked the road and when the driver stopped he was assaulted and forced to drive to a workshop or sprayshop. The £7,000 load of cigarettes was taken and the driver was assaulted again before being robbed of his personal possessions.

Both hijackers were white men in their twenties. One was oft and stocky with light brown hair and a goatee beard. He was wearing jeans and a dark green top with black piping. The other was 5ft Sin with greasy swept back black hair. He is described as having a "weasle-like" face.
