Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

The Churchill 1211 dynamic commercial vehicle wheel balancer incorporates three units: cabinet, pick-up. and wheel spinner. The cabinet holds the amplifier, flash tube, meter and controls.

The system has twin circuits for normal or super sensitivity to out-of-balance forces. When not in use, weights, weight pliers and the pick-up can be stowed on a tray beneath the strobe box. The 4 hp, three-phase heavyduty spinner is controlled by a handle-mounted rocker switch.

When not in use the cabinet and pick-up can be stacked on the spinner for storage and easy movement around the workshop. Price: £274.
