Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

he Destaco Ram-Lock screw amp features a release/engage Dilar for quicker clamping and

releasing of the workpiece. The collar is threaded to the clamp leadscrew which is slid through the clamp-mounting bracket until it approaches the workpiece. The collar is then run down the leadscrew and locked on to the bracket and the clamp then wound-in in the conventional way. To release the workpiece the clamp is disconnected from the bracket and the leadscrew slid back.

There are two basic units, one of 0.5in. diameter with 100mm travel, and the other 0.375in. diameter leadscrew with 75mm travel.
