Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

driving licence by the local truffle Area office. The reminder tells me to make my renewal application on form DLG IR but I find that my local post office has never heard of this form. Could I use an ordinary hgv application form?

A Yes, you can. Money order post offices are supposed to have copies of DLG IR (as well as Traffic Area offices) but we have checked and found that three main post offices in central London, for example, do not have DLG IR forms, and two of them had never heard of it. If you use the normal DLG 1 form for renewals, detach the medical certificate and certificate of driving experience, which are not relevant, and complete the rest

of the form. Across questions 4 and 5 write "Previously supplied".

This should be only a temporary measure. All post offices should now be getting supplies of DLG IR.
