• H. Potter Transport Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Mitchell Cotts Transport, has acquired the total share capital of Goulding Brothers (Haulage) Ltd, of Nailsworth, Stroud.
Goulding, a family business, runs a fleet of nine vehicles on general haulage. Potter Transport sees the acquisition as a continuing expansion. of its transport activities. The company at the moment operates a total of 300 vehicles on contract hire.
