Liverpool Corporation Bonus Scheme: Liverpool Corporation passenger transport committee has recommended the engagement of Associated Industrial Consultants Ltd., London, for a period of 40 weeks at a fee of 160 guineas a week, to introduce an incentive bonus scheme for graded personnel employed at the Edge Lane works of the department.

Higher Fares for Darlington Bus Company: Consequent on the company's last wages award, United Automobile Services ltd„ Darlington, will raise fares generally by Id. in the shilling to bring in an estimated revenue of £196,000. Glasgow Has Transport Museum: Glasgow had a Press preview last week of its new Museum of Transport in Albert Drive, opened officially on Tuesday by the Queen Mother. There are about 100 exhibits. including models, which show how the various forms of transport have developed over the past 200 years. The exhibition is not confined to Glasgow's municipal transport, although a large, central section is devoted to the development of the tramcar. Hants and Dorset Fares Up: Fares on all Hants and Dorset stage services will be increased from April 26.
