alo Smarts Transport in Builth Wells, Wales, is up before the Traffic Commissioner at Cardiff Magistrates Court on 21 September to consider disciplinary action and the repute of its transport manager.
• Valmec Lift Trucks will appear at a Public Inquiry in Cardiff on 22 September where the Traffic Commissioner will decide whether disciplinary action should be taken against the Mid-Glamorgan company.

• A Public Inquiry on 6 October in Warrington will decide whether disciplinary action should be taken against Chapel-en-le-Frith-based Goddard Bros Haulage & Plant.
• A Warrington public inquiry on 7 October will decide whether disciplinary action needs to be taken against Woodland Export Packaging (UK) in Salford.
