II Calibration of equipment to be carried out at the intervals specified by VOSA
• DP must comply with all relevant Health & Safety legislation and VOSA's own defect rectif ication policy a copy of which must be displayed on the premises II Premises must be in a fit condition and available solely for testing at the time agreed between you and VOSA • DP must be clean and tidy, free of oil contamination and 'reasonably free' of exhaust fumes, noise or other pollution from adjacent facilities • You must provide advance information on the number of tests and retests booked in for the day • Booking of work will usually be done via a VOSA testing station, although some station managers will allow a DP to do their own
• A senior member of staff must meet with the station manager or nominee at least once every three months to discuss operations II If you don't have load simulation equipment, you must ensure that all vehicles that would normally be tested on the roller brake tester with load simulation are tested with an adequate load
