Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Three British lorry drivers proved recently that not only do they have big hearts but they also have strong stomachs. And they needed them because the trio, Tony Stratford, Andy Teale and Adam Webb, members of Lane's contract team at The Body Shop, had volunteered to drive 3,000 miles across some bone-shaking and hazardous terrain to improve the conditions of the Kosovan refugees in Albania. The trip came about when Anita Roddick, founder of The Body Shop, visited the refugee camps and saw there was a desperate need for mobile shower units.

hygiene units. Next she turned to the company's logistics partner, Lane Group. The three volunteers made the journey together with navigator Carl Hayes.

Lane donated three of its artics and when the team arrived in Southern Albania in June, they helped the soldiers based at the site to build the shower blocks for the 7,000 refugees camped there.

Tony Stratford says the team was greatly affected by their experiences: "The haunted expressions on the children's faces will never leave us. But the trip was highly rewarding," he says. "Many of the Albanian roads we travelled on have not been upgraded for over 40 years and were in appalling condition. We have therefore vowed never to complain about the UK road network again!"
