Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Ford has further extended its "One-Stop" range of ready-bodied Transit derivatives to complement the existing Flareside, Dropside and Tipper models.

Two new Dropsides, the 120 and the 19DEE straddle the current 150mwb model. The big 190EF features twin rear wheels and internal body dimensions of 4,000x2,036mm. New Tippers come in 150S and 190 Double Cab versions, both with 2,500mm load bed lengths.

The final two models are aimed at buyers who need to keep their goods out of sight.

The 190EF Curtainsider was

first shown on the Ingimex stand at the CV Show in Birmingham, but the 190EF Box Van is being seen for the first time. Its 3.8m3 body features a rear roller shutter, softwood interior battens, a plywood kick rail, and steel load-lock rails.

All the new models come with a 75hp normally aspirated diesel as standard, with most versions having the option of a 99hp turbo-diesel. The Box Van is only available in white, but the other models come off the shelf in red, blue or yellow.

• Ford's "Price Promise commitment to reimburse car buyers if list prices fall substantially will not apply to its light commer cial vehicle range. Analysts believe the market has stalled somewhat as potential buyers hold back in the belief that Ford is about to slash prices—something which the company says It has no intention of doing.
